✍️✍️ आदमपुर थाना क्षेत्र के मारपीट प्रकरण में अभियुक्त को मिली जमानत

अपर सिविल जज (जू०डि०) सौम्या पाण्डेय की अदालत ने थाना आदमपुर में दर्ज एक मारपीट एवं तोड़फोड़ के मामले में अभियुक्त मार्कण्डेय त्रिपाठी की ओर से प्रस्तुत जमानत प्रार्थना पत्र को स्वीकार कर लिया।

अभियोजन के अनुसार, प्रार्थी रामकृष्ण चौधरी, निवासी A-1/12, गायघाट, वाराणसी, ने थाना प्रभारी आदमपुर को दिए गए आवेदन में बताया था कि वह मोतीलाल भीमराज चैरिटी ट्रस्ट की संपत्ति में केयरटेकर के रूप में रहते हैं। उक्त संपत्ति को लेकर गौरव अग्रवाल एवं शिवकुमार त्रिपाठी से विवाद न्यायालय में विचाराधीन है।
आरोप है कि पार्किंग विवाद को लेकर गौरव अग्रवाल एवं मार्कण्डेय त्रिपाठी ने प्रार्थी और उसके परिजनों के साथ मारपीट की, जिसमें उनके पुत्र को सिर और नाक पर चोटें आईं। साथ ही, घर में घुसकर पत्नी के साथ भी मारपीट व गाली-गलौज की गई तथा सीसीटीवी कैमरे और वाहनों को नुकसान पहुंचाया गया। घटना के बाद अभियुक्तों के विरुद्ध रिपोर्ट दर्ज कराई गई थी।

✍️✍️ Accused Granted Bail in Assault Case under Adampur Police Station Area
Varanasi:
The Court of Additional Civil Judge (Junior Division) Soumya Pandey has accepted the bail application filed on behalf of the accused Markandey Tripathi in a case registered at Adampur Police Station related to assault and property damage.
“On behalf of the defense, criminal advocates Rishi Kant Singh and Nidhi Srivastava effectively argued the case in court.”
According to the prosecution, the complainant Ramkrishna Chaudhary, resident of A-1/12, Gaighat, Varanasi, stated in his written complaint to the Station House Officer of Adampur Police Station that he resides as a caretaker in a property belonging to Motilal Bhimraj Charity Trust. The said property is currently under dispute in court between Gaurav Agarwal and Shivkumar Tripathi.
It is alleged that due to a parking dispute, Gaurav Agarwal and Markandey Tripathi assaulted the complainant and his family members, causing injuries to his son on the head and nose. They also allegedly entered the house, assaulted and abused the complainant’s wife, and damaged CCTV cameras and vehicles. Following the incident, a case was registered against the accused.
