सत्र न्यायालय के न्यायाधीश संजीव शुक्ला की अदालत ने थाना राजातालाब में दर्ज एक गंभीर आपराधिक मामले में अभियुक्त सत्यम यादव पुत्र कल्लू यादव निवासी ग्राम खजुरी, थाना मिर्जामुराद, जिला वाराणसी की ओर से प्रस्तुत जमानत प्रार्थना पत्र को निरस्त कर दिया।

👉 अभियोजन के अनुसार, वादी संदीप सिंह ने थाना राजातालाब में प्राथमिकी दर्ज कराई थी कि दिनांक 23 सितंबर 2025 की रात्रि लगभग 9:30 बजे, जब वह अपनी दुकान स्थित चन्दीपुर मरूई मार्ग पर मौजूद थे, तभी अभियुक्तगण भीम यादव, करिया यादव, सत्यम यादव (जो जियावन यादव के रिश्तेदार हैं) तथा एक अज्ञात व्यक्ति हथियारों से लैस होकर दुकान पर पहुंचे।
👉 उन्होंने वादी के पिता को दुकान से बाहर खींचकर रॉड व डंडों से बेरहमी से पीटा, साथ ही मां-बहन के प्रति अभद्र भाषा का प्रयोग किया। शोर सुनकर वादी के चाचा लालबाबू सिंह (गुड्डू सिंह) मौके पर पहुंचे, जिनके शोर मचाने पर अभियुक्तगण दुकान के काउंटर से ₹3600 लूटकर जान से मारने की धमकी देते हुए भाग गए।
👉 घायल अवस्था में वादी के पिता को पहले जक्खिनी स्वास्थ्य केंद्र ले जाया गया, तत्पश्चात हालत गंभीर होने पर बीएचयू ट्रामा सेंटर में भर्ती कराया गया, जहां उनका उपचार जारी है।
👉 घटना के संबंध में थाना राजातालाब में बी.एन.एस.एस. की धारा 103(1), 351(2), 352, 305(ए), 3(5) के अंतर्गत मुकदमा पंजीकृत किया गया था।
👉 अदालत ने अपराध की गंभीरता को दृष्टिगत रखते हुए अभियुक्त की जमानत याचिका खारिज कर दी।

Bail Application Dismissed in Murder Case
Varanasi:
The court of Sessions Judge Sanjeev Shukla has rejected the bail application filed by the accused, Satyam Yadav s/o Kallu Yadav, resident of village Khajuri, Police Station Mirzamurad, District Varanasi, in connection with a serious criminal case registered at Raja Talab Police Station.

👉 According to the prosecution, the complainant, Sandeep Singh, had lodged an FIR at Raja Talab Police Station stating that on the night of September 23, 2025, around 9:30 PM, when he was present at his shop located on Chandipur Marui Road, the accused persons — Bheem Yadav, Kariya Yadav, Satyam Yadav (who is a relative of Jiyawan Yadav), and one unknown person — arrived at the shop armed with weapons.
👉 They allegedly dragged the complainant's father out of the shop and brutally assaulted him with rods and sticks, while also using abusive language towards the mother and sister.
👉 Upon hearing the commotion, the complainant's uncle, Lalbabu Singh (Guddu Singh), arrived at the scene. When he raised an alarm, the accused persons fled after looting ₹3600 from the shop counter and threatening to kill the family.
👉 The complainant's father was initially taken to Jakhini Health Centre in an injured condition. Subsequently, due to the severity of his condition, he was admitted to BHU Trauma Center where he is currently undergoing treatment.
👉 A case was registered at Raja Talab Police Station regarding the incident under sections 103(1), 351(2), 352, 305(A), 3(5) of the BNSS (Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita).
👉 Considering the gravity of the crime, the court dismissed the bail application of the accused.
