✍️✍️ TVS एजेंसी में चोरी के आरोपी को कोर्ट से राहत

थाना जैतपुरा क्षेत्र में एक TVS वाहन एजेंसी में हुई सनसनीखेज चोरी के मामले में आरोपी मोहम्मद इरशाद को विशेष न्यायालय (भ्रष्टाचार निवारण अधिनियम) ने जमानत प्रदान कर दी है। न्यायाधीश रविंद्र कुमार श्रीवास्तव की अदालत ने आरोपी की ओर से दाखिल जमानत याचिका को स्वीकार करते हुए सुनवाई पूरी की।

👉 अभियोजन पक्ष के अनुसार, पीड़ित मनीष जायसवाल (पुत्र विजय प्रकाश जायसवाल, निवासी बौलियाबाग नाटी इमली, थाना जैतपुरा) नवापुरा स्थित अपनी TVS एजेंसी 'मनीष सेल्स' चलाते हैं। घटना 23-24 अगस्त 2025 की मध्य रात्रि करीब 12:12 बजे घटी, जब एक अज्ञात चोर एजेंसी की छत पर चढ़कर अंदर घुस आया। चोर ने हथौड़े से लगे हुए पांच सीसीटीवी कैमरों को तोड़ दिया, अलमारी का ताला तोड़कर उसमें रखे लगभग 42,500 रुपये नकद चुरा लिए और फर्नीचर को भी क्षतिग्रस्त कर दिया। चोरी के बाद चोर करीब 1:04 बजे छत के रास्ते से भाग निकला, जबकि उसका एक साथी बाहर निगरानी करता रहा। चोरी में एजेंसी में रखा एक सैमसंग मोबाइल फोन (जिसमें सिम कार्ड लगा था) भी ले लिया गया।
👉 पीड़ित की तहरीर पर थाना जैतपुरा में भारतीय न्याय संहिता की धारा 305(ए), 331(4) और 317(2) के तहत मुकदमा दर्ज किया गया था।

✍️ Relief from Court for Accused in TVS Agency Theft Case
Varanasi:
In the sensational theft case at a TVS vehicle agency in the Jaitpura police station area, the accused, Mohammad Irshad, has been granted bail by the Special Court (Prevention of Corruption Act). The court of Judge Ravindra Kumar Srivastava completed the hearing after accepting the bail application filed by the accused.

👉 According to the prosecution, the victim, Manish Jaiswal (son of Vijay Prakash Jaiswal, resident of Bauliyabagh Nati Imli, Jaitpura police station), runs his TVS agency, 'Manish Sales', located in Nawapura.
Date and Time of Incident: The incident occurred during the midnight of August 23-24, 2025, around 12:12 AM, when an unknown thief climbed onto the roof of the agency and entered inside.
Modus Operandi & Damage: The thief broke five installed CCTV cameras with a hammer, broke the lock of the cupboard, stole approximately ₹42,500 in cash kept inside, and also damaged the furniture.
Escape: The thief escaped through the roof around 1:04 AM, while one of his accomplices kept watch outside.
Stolen Items: A Samsung mobile phone (with a SIM card inside) kept at the agency was also stolen in the theft.
Based on the victim's complaint, a case was registered at Jaitpura Police Station under Sections 305(A), 331(4), and 317(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.
